Bandwidth Setup Guide

Complete your carrier 10DLC registration before using SMSable. This is required by all supported carriers.

This guide assumes you have signed up for SMSable and are on the Profile page at https://app.smsable.co/profile.

  1. In Bandwidth, copy your Account ID into the SMSable profile.
  2. Create a Messaging application named SMSable.
  3. Set Callback URL to https://inbound.smsable.app/receive?provider=bandwidth.
  4. Copy the Application ID into SMSable.
  5. Assign the number (or location) you want to use, then enter that DID in SMSable.
  6. Create API credentials and paste Token and Secret into SMSable. Click Update Profile Details.

Private label customers replace inbound.smsable.app with the hostname from onboarding, or email support@smsable.co.
